Low carb ingredients you’ll need:
- salted almonds
- sugar-free raspberry jam
- pomegranate seeds
- mozzarella cheese, cubed
- gouda cheese, sliced
- aged white cheddar cheese, sliced
- brie cheese, wedge
- Eve’s crackers
- chorizzo, sliced
- pepperoni, sliced
- pepperoni sticks, cut into 1/2″ lengths
- homemade smoked salmon
- strawberries
- raspberries
- pistachios
- Select a large cutting board, tray or flat surface. Place small bowls out for foods that may be messy or spread out.
2. Fill bowls with jam, almonds and pomegranate seeds. Olives, dips or other nuts would be good additions too!
3. Next, lay the cheese on the board. Start with the brie in the center and fan out other cheeses around the dishes. Keep the each cheese type together for the most pleasing aesthetic.
4. Add Eve’s crackers next to the cheese. These are the ONLY crackers that I have found to be completely low carb and keto friendly. They are absolutely delicious, have the perfect crunch and the Black Sesame flavour has 0 net carbs!
5. Add the meat to fill the remaining space. The chorizzo looks especially nice tucked and folded.
6. Top with halved strawberries, raspberries and pistachios to complete the board.
The pops of red on this keto charcuterie board are totally intentional. I think that they give this board more of a Valentine’s vibe.
Other keto charcuterie ideas:

The possibilities are truly endless! That’s why having a charcuterie board is often on my weekly menu plan. Paired with a nice glass of wine, it’s also perfect for date night at home.

Tips for keto cooking:
- Find low carb substitutions for your current favorite recipes. Like cauliflower instead of perogies and radishes instead of potatoes.
- Maintain a healthy balance of protein and fats. Sometimes its hard to get enough fat and/or protein in a ketogenic diet so be sure to include a balance of both in your dishes.
- Plan ahead and use tools like this Meal Planning Printable to reach maximum success.
- Find recipes that you love, like this Cauliflower Perogie Casserole, Taco Bake and Hamburger Soup, and use them in your weekly rotation.
- Be sure to stock the kitchen with helpful tools like this food scale, these measuring cups and a Kitchen Aid mixer.
