This keto cauliflower and bacon soup recipe is absolutely delicious and creamy. You won’t believe that this dish is low carb. This has quickly become one of our favorite keto soup recipes!
I seriously love adapting our family favorite recipes to be low carb and keto friendly. This dish is my take on the classic loaded potato soup recipe that I used to make all of the time. Dare I say, this soup tastes even better!

How to make keto cauliflower and bacon soup:
Too busy to make this recipe right away?! Pin it for later! Pin this keto soup to your favorite recipe board on Pinterest and it’ll be waiting for you when you’re ready.
Ingredients that you will need:
- 2 cups cauliflower, riced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 2 slices of bacon, diced (reserve half)
- 1 green onion stalk, diced
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- Add cauliflower, celery, onion and chicken stock to a large stock pot.
2. Bring to a rolling boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
3. Add cream and salt & pepper to taste.
4. Allow the soup to cool slightly before using an emersion blender to blend all of the ingredients together. This is the emersion blender that I use.
5. Once everything is blended smooth, add half of the bacon bits, return the soup to the stove and heat on medium. Cook for another 10 minutes.
6. To serve, top with remaining bacon bits, cheese and green onion.
This cauliflower soup is so good! It has all of the flavours of a loaded baked potato rolled into one delicious, low carb dish.
